Current processing status

You may save records you are authorized to use after reviewing the extracted text and consenting to cloud storage. Sending text to OpenAI requires a separate consent and an available AI connection.

What is stored

Original PDFs are read in your browser. The extracted text you approve, analysis results, plans and notes are saved in this site’s hosted storage under your signed-in account. Text can still contain sensitive information. The masking tool is incomplete and must be checked.

When OpenAI receives information

Saving a review does not start AI analysis. When you explicitly choose analysis, the saved text is sent to OpenAI through its API. Requests set store:false, which disables saved response retrieval; it is not a promise of zero provider retention. OpenAI’s applicable data policies and abuse-monitoring retention still apply.

Your control

You can download your text and preparation packet, or delete a review from the active application. Deletion does not remove your original files or automatically erase provider logs and infrastructure backups. Do not upload records you are not authorized to use.

What this pilot does not do

It does not guarantee benefits, provide a signed medical opinion, file with VA, establish attorney representation, or independently certify a deadline. Scanned pages may need OCR. AI findings require source review. Large files are analyzed in sections, without a validated whole-file legal synthesis.

Founder credentials and support

Both founders are infantry combat veterans and VA-accredited attorneys. Accreditation belongs to the founders, not the software, and does not imply VA endorsement. Essential and Complete subscriptions do not include individual attorney review, legal representation, consultations, or access to the founders. Software-plan documents are not individually reviewed by an attorney. The separately offered Attorney-Advised service requires conflict and eligibility screening, an accepted engagement, and its own representation paperwork; its intake is not yet open. Product and billing support is intended to be asynchronous and does not provide legal consultations.

This service is currently a private pilot. Operator contact, final terms, retention policy, security review and the commercial scope of any paid claims assistance must be finalized before general availability.
