PERSONAL ATTORNEY GUIDANCE / POST-DECISION MATTERS
Attorney-Advised
A VA decision. An attorney’s assessment. A clear next step.
Work directly with Gabriel or Erick—combat veterans and VA-accredited attorneys—to understand your decision, assess the evidence, and prepare your next move.
ONE DEFINED ENGAGEMENT
$995 per accepted matter
A one-time legal-service fee. No automatic renewal. Separate from Essential and Complete software subscriptions; a software subscription is not required to request consideration.
Coming soon — review scope →Private-pilot preview: intake, appointments, form prefilling, electronic signatures, and payment for this service are not yet open. This page does not submit a request or engage an attorney.
What your engagement includes
- One assigned founder personally reviews one VA decision and up to three related, already-decided issues.
- Review of relevant C-file materials and supporting evidence within a scope agreed before payment.
- One scheduled 45-minute video consultation with your assigned attorney.
- A written strategy assessment covering appropriate review options, evidence gaps, and applicable deadlines.
- One attorney review of a proposed submission packet within the agreed scope.
- Two secure follow-up exchanges within 30 days after delivery of the assessment.
Unusually large or complex matters require a separate written quote before acceptance. You will know the records, issues, deliverables, and schedule covered by your fee.
For issues VA has already decided
You must have received notice of a VA benefits decision on the specific claim or issue you want reviewed. This may concern a denial, a disputed rating, or an effective-date determination.
- New claims and undecided issues are excluded.
- A C&P examination or medical opinion alone is not a qualifying VA benefits decision.
- A previous decision on a different condition does not qualify an unrelated new claim.
- Acceptance requires checks of conflicts, existing representation, deadlines, procedural posture, and fee eligibility. Legacy appeals and court matters need separate assessment.
Do not wait for this service to open if a deadline is approaching. Until an attorney expressly accepts responsibility in writing, you remain responsible for protecting your deadlines.
Optional: explore other accredited help →The planned onboarding process
- Eligibility and conflicts review. Confirm the decision, covered issues, existing representative, and time limits before acceptance.
- Written scope and assigned attorney. Receive the engagement and fee agreement identifying the attorney and legal practice providing the service. No charge until acceptance and signed terms.
- Representation paperwork. The planned intake will prefill the current VA Form 21-22a from confirmed information for your review and the required signatures. Representation limits must match the accepted scope; optional disclosures and signatures require your choices. Prefilling is not yet available.
- Advice and preparation. Meet your attorney and receive the written assessment and agreed packet review.
- Submission and completion. The engagement identifies who files documents, monitors deadlines, communicates with VA, and handles completion or withdrawal. A signed document is not a filing confirmation.
Focused access, clear responsibilities
This service includes scheduled consultation and the defined secure follow-up exchanges with one assigned attorney. It does not include unlimited calls, access to both founders, hearings, medical evaluations or nexus opinions, or ongoing prosecution through a final decision. Additional representation requires a separate written agreement.
The 30-day follow-up period does not automatically terminate a VA appointment. The assigned attorney handles the applicable completion or withdrawal process and explains any continuing responsibilities.
A separate legal service
Essential and Complete remain self-service software plans. Attorney-Advised is a separately engaged attorney-client service; purchasing software or visiting this page does not establish that relationship. VA accreditation does not imply VA endorsement. No rating, award, or outcome is guaranteed.
